Careers

Build regional creator campaigns with us.

UKlik runs influencer campaigns across seven MENA markets. We hire people who understand creators as a craft and campaigns as an operation — and who can hold both to a schedule.

The short answer

We keep applications open across campaign management, creator relations, Arabic content and paid social, and we hire when a market's workload justifies the role rather than on a fixed calendar.

The team works remotely with GCC-hours overlap, because campaign approvals and publishing windows follow local market time.

Send a CV to our careers inbox with the role type in the subject line and we'll come back to you when a matching brief lands.

How we work

What working here looks like.

Remote, GCC-hours overlap
Work where you are, but be reachable while your markets are awake — approvals and publishing windows don't move.
Bilingual by default
Arabic and English both matter. Most roles use both every week, and Arabic-first thinking is treated as a skill, not a translation step.
Operational discipline
Campaigns are won on follow-through: chased approvals, confirmed publish dates, reserve creators lined up before they're needed.
Honest client work
We tell clients what a budget can't do. The same directness is expected internally.

FAQ

Questions candidates ask

Are there open roles at UKlik right now?
We hire as market workload justifies a role rather than on a fixed schedule, so we keep open applications live year-round for campaign management, creator relations, Arabic content and paid social.
Do I need to be based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?
No. The team works remotely, but you need meaningful overlap with GCC working hours because campaign approvals and publishing windows follow local market time.
Is Arabic required?
For content, creator relations and most campaign roles, yes — native or near-native Arabic with dialect awareness. Some paid social and analytics work can be English-primary.
Do you take interns or junior applicants?
Yes, particularly in creator relations and community work. Show us creator research or a campaign you've followed closely in place of formal agency experience.
How long does the process take?
Open applications sit in our pipeline until a matching need appears, so timing varies. If your profile matches an active need, expect a first conversation within about two weeks.
